Seawater Service IP68 Rated
Submersible pump units designed and manufactured in UNS S32760 Super Duplex materials for 25°C seawater service. Extensively tested at PATS' test facility and fully certified to IP68. The IP68 rating means the pump can survive up to 1.5m of water for 30 minutes.
Our client required that these submersible pumps, were manufactured in certified and traceable super duplex material. This included the duck foot, lifting shackles, chain and the 14m guide rails.
The units were designed and manufactured from certified bar, plate and pipe materials, all fabricated in accordance with ASME IX weld procedures.
On site testing facilities enable us to provide an IP68 rating, the International Electrotechnical Commission can help with understanding this rating system https://www.iec.ch/ip-ratings
